1）XP-Supe explosion-proof system: effectively control various ignition sources of forklift

XP-Supe explosion-proof system is designed for battery vehicle and other electrical powered equipment. This system is equipped with explosion-proof battery as vehicle power source. Moving and working devices are driven by explosion-proof electric motor. There are explosion-proof instruments, explosion-proof switches, explosion-proof lightings, explosion-poof horn, explosion-proof electric box and other necessary safety protection precaution in the explosion-proof forklift.

In the meanwhile, the explosion-proof forklift is equipped with automatic safety protection device and temperature sensors, to monitor the surface temperature of high heat parts, such as electrical motor. Once the surface temperature of protected parts reaches the specified temperature level, the safety protection device will cut off the power supply to shut down the forklift, and to keep the forklift working in safety status.

- Detection and control: continuous monitor explosive gas density, and automatic alarm or shutdown once density reaches setting level. Emergency stop for manual operation.

- Compulsory self-check procedure: check electric components working condition and flammable gas density for safety start and operation.

- Temperature controlling device: continuously detect and control surface temperature of the high-heat parts for temperature limitation.

- Protect vehicle components from possible arc, spark and static.

♦XP-Supe防爆系统：有效控制叉车各种引燃源

-采用防爆特殊型铅酸蓄电池组作为车辆动力源；

-行驶和工作装置由防爆电机驱动；

-车辆配有防爆灯具、防爆喇叭、防爆仪表、防爆操作控制开关、防爆加速器、防爆电缆连接装置等防爆电气零部件；

-将车辆上的所有电气控制元件及接线端子集中安装在防爆箱内，并采取其他必要的防爆措施，对车辆进行全面的安全保护；

-车辆上配装有自动安全保护装置，在车辆电机等易产生高热的零部件上安装有温度传感器，用以监视其表面温度是否过高。当被控零部件的表面温度达到限定的最高温度值时，传感器会立即动作切断车辆的电源供给，使车辆停止运行，保持车辆始终处于安全保护状态。

♦XP-Air(E)防爆系统：为在2区危险场所使用的电动托盘车提供主动防爆安全保护

-连续检测车辆作业环境里危险气体的浓度；

-适时报警和停车；

-强制试验要求和措施保证系统各元件的工作可靠性和故障的及时发现；

-控制车辆主要发热零部件的表面温度，并在表面温度达到或接近防爆温度组别值时自动停车；

-对直流电机的散热和通风孔作防火花处理，使其外壳符合限制呼吸外壳结构要求；

-最小限度地改变基础叉车结构、性能，使操作、维护和保养便利。
